This book is very informative and detailed. It is a good book to read when going into property management or if your already managing. I found it very helpful on many subjects.

I am a business consultant and am very impressed by the organization, subject matter, and easy read that The Property Management Tool Kit is. I recommend this book to anyone who is even thinking about investing in rental property.
